Our Policies

It is Ella Bing's every intent to provide you, the customer, with kindness and excellent customer service. Most of our products carry an open return policy, as in, we will work with you to ensure you are a repeat customer. Exceptions include, but are not limited to, wood products including wood bow ties & wooden sunglasses - physical abuse and/or accidental damage. These incidences are handled on a case-by-case basis. 

We stand behind our goods and services and want you to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with you fairly and reasonably; we hope you will be fair and reasonable with us as well.

RETURNING BY MAIL (U.S.)

Send in your item(s) using the U.S. return label. Your return will be processed within business days.

EXCHANGES

We gladly except returns, as long as the original product is in quality condition as it was shipped from Ella Bing.

REFUNDS

If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account within 14 business days, which will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.
